After few days I send a text to Mr. Farooq Ahmed for payment. He said; “send me your Bank A/C #”. I send my A/C # to him but after passing two days when I visited the bank, I came to know that yet no amount has been transferred in my Bank A/C.
Then, I Telephoned and requested for payment of dues. He said that, “how I can admit and believe that I have been registered in LLB and my dues have been paid by you. Please you provide me the paid Fee receipt of College and university dues”.
On November 28, 2014; I visited Mr. Farooq Ahmed with my friend Malik Zahid Ghafoor in Rescue 1122 Center Taunsa Sharif. I presented the original paid Fee receipt of College and university dues and a copy was also given to him. He said that, “tonight, I am going to home and I will make you the payment on December 03, 2014”.
When the amount has not been paid to me on above mentioned date, I again visited him in his Office. This time he tried to cheat me by cheap doings and said that, “my transfer is due in few days and I can’t appear in exams. Secondly, it is not possible for me to go to Multan for papers. Now if you can change my Exam center from Multan to D.G. Khan then it might be possible. Otherwise, this admission has no worth for me. Now this will be totally a loss of money for me. Actually I was not expecting that you will pay my dues on my behalf. Now I will suggest with my subordinates who have suggested me for Admission in LLB. If they will say to me for payment of dues then I will pay you. Otherwise you will also have to bear and share the loss”.
Sir, can you tell me this is the reward of a good deed in this society. No matter if this was the dealing and behavior of a common lay man then it was bearable and not so panic for me.
I know this is not a matter of your concern but this is against the moral, social, professional and ethical values in such an organization where few worthy one’s are striving to build a better society by providing better services to humanity. Obviously for me, the behaviour, attitude and dealings of such officer is enough to demolish the goodwill and respect of an organization.
I am hopeful that you will value my words and take necessary action to do objectiveness in this regard.

With lots of reluctance and a heavy heart, I am writing this letter to you as a final resort. This letter is regarding a complaint against one of your employee named Farooq Ahmed Khan S/O Ahmed Khan (Rescue & Safety Officer) Incharge Rescue Centre Taunsa Sharif District Dera Ghazi Khan.
I am permanent resident of Taunsa Sharif and I am working as Campus Manager in Virtual University Campus Taunsa for almost 6 years.
On October 29, 2014; Farooq Ahmed Khan has telephoned me and after introduction and formal greetings, He said that, “I came to know that today is the last date for LLB admission in Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan”. I said, “ I have no information about this because we are only dealing with Virtual university of Pakistan and have no dealing with BZU”. He added that, “If you have any personal contact with any other college who is offering LLB then please favour me. Because, if I would be able to appear in 1st annual exam 2014, this will save my lot of time”.
Being a professional I contacted with Principal Sir Syed Law College Multan. He told that October 30, is the last date for submission of Exam form for 1st annual exam 2014. I told the same to Mr. Farooq and said that, “If you are seriously willing then send all the required documents to me along with the dues also”.
He visited me after half an hour and handed over the documents to me and requested for personal favour in this regard. When I asked for the dues he said that, “I am doing job in Rescue 1122 as Incharge Rescue Centre Taunsa Sharif and you can better realize the financial position of an employee on month end. Being a professional and responsible you trust me and I request you to pay my dues now on my behalf and I will pay to you soon as I will receive my salary.”
To create rapport and trust he also said that, “my two subordinate; Mansoor abid and Muhammad Zahid are also your student in VU programs”.
Being a Muslim and professional, I trusted him and At last, I pay the amount of RS 13500/- on behalf of Mr. Farooq Ahmed to Sir Syed Law College Multan.
